Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our team. You will work closely with the Product and Tech teams to help shape and enhance features that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and scalability across our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing product requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create wireframes, flowcharts, and user journeys.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and assist in defining acceptance criteria.
- Support in competitive research, market analysis, and identifying user pain points.
- Participate in feature testing, QA walkthroughs, and ensuring feature readiness before release.
- Coordinate with development and operations teams to track product development progress.
- Monitor and report product performance metrics and suggest improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in product management and understanding of tech-driven platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Jira, Excel, or other product management tools is a plus.
- Prior experience/internship in logistics, e-commerce, or tech startups is a bonus.
